Our Artisanal Production Process

To ensure each piece meets our high standards of durability and aesthetics, we follow a meticulous multi-step workflow:

The journey begins with a premium Sterling Silver finding (blank mounting). The piece is fully electroplated (in 18K Gold, Rhodium, etc.) before the clay application to ensure a flawless finish.

Clay Customization: Choose your preferred epoxy clay color to complement or contrast with the gemstones.

Crystal Curating: Select from an array of Swarovski crystals in diverse cuts, colors, and sizes.

Our craftsmen manually mold the clay into the silver finding, creating the designated pattern or texture. This requires a steady hand and a keen eye for detail to ensure the surface is perfectly balanced.

 

4.Setting & Curing

The "Half-Dry" Technique: Once the clay is partially cured, the crystals are individually hand-set into the clay. This ensures a secure, deep bond without the need for traditional prongs.

Final Curing: The piece is then left to air-dry completely, hardening into a stone-like durability that is water-resistant and permanent.

Every piece undergoes a final cleaning and a rigorous quality check to ensure every crystal is perfectly aligned and the clay surface is smooth and pristine.
