The client found us online in the early days of e-commerce. Prior to sharing designs, they required strict design protection—no display or sale to third parties for commercial use. With our commitment, they sent drawings and samples for tooling.
They were impressed by our sample quality and started with small trial orders. After several rounds of cooperation, they placed 90%+ of their production with us. We optimize designs for manufacturability; to control tooling costs, confirm CAD drawings first, provide 3D samples within one week, then proceed to tooling only after approval.
As the client shifted to Amazon, children’s jewelry testing standards evolved rapidly. We coordinated directly with labs to match reports with physical samples, saving the client time and cost.
